Login Attempt Failed Please Try Again Funimation

Hello Eric,

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. I have split your post into its own thread in order to help you out directly. Do you have any other streaming apps on your 360 that are being affected as well? Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps, like uninstalling the app and then redownloading it?

Aside from that, you can also try contacting Funimation support as well.

Netflix works fine, crunchyroll and funimationNOW will not stream but the app loads and menu system works, just no streaming. I have redownloaded both apps

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having an issue with streaming content. I recommend you do a full power cycle of all the equipment involved. Safely power down the console and the networking equipment (Router/Modem). Once powered down unplug the power for at least 5 minutes. Once the time has passed plug the router/modem back in and allow it to load all the way back up. Then turn on the Console and give it another try. Let us know with a reply how it goes!

Having the same issue. I have tried all the mentioned actions and im still getting the same error. Funimation works just fine on my phone and xbox one.

I never got anywhere with Microsoft but Funimation has responded to me and said that they are aware of the problem, but it is a low priority. The good news is that it is spotty and when it does work it will be reliable for about 2 to 3 days then back to no streaming. The bad news is nobody cares about our problem because we are using old equipment. I just gave up and put a $25 android TV box on top of my xbox 360 and use that for Funimation, VRV and crunchy roll. The interface [Mod Removed - Profanity] but at least I can watch my shows and I keep my xbox ONE in the family room.
